This hotel had great cleanliness, nice hotel facilities in the common area outside of the showers, and a good location in the Poblado area close to the local airport and a smaller supermarket. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a gem in El Poblado. The location is fantastic, with plenty of cafes and bars nearby. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. They speak English fluently and are always ready to assist with any request. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cute windows that let in natural light. The basic amenities are provided, including a bathroom with a freshly grounded coffee. The breakfast, although with limited options, includes a delicious granola with yogurt and fruit, and a freshly grounded coffee.

The location was great with plenty of bars and restaurants, and transportation was easily accessible. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful advice and assisting with any unusual requests. two complementary services were provided, making the stay more enjoyable. the ensuite bathroom was also clean and well-equipped.

The rooms were lacking in basic amenities and certain areas were unfinished, making the hotel feel incomplete. the noise level was unbearable, especially during the evening and early morning hours.

This hostel is situated in a great location, really close to a smaller supermarket as well as many great restaurants and cafes right off the common area. the rooms are clean and comfy with an abundance of space. you can book lots of cool tours through the reception.

One downside is that breakfast is not included in the room rate, which can be a bummer for budget travelers.

There was always something to do in the lively neighborhood. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed spending time at the rooftop bar, sipping on fantastic drinks while taking in the beautiful views. this venue exceeded my expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
